Steve Ford, Ritual's dedicated coffee buyer, alongside Nancy Majano of El Salvador, will walk through a group tasting of a coffee from Nancy's farm and others, in which they explain what sorts of details in the coffee growing/roasting process lend to particular flavors.
Steve Ford has been working in specialty coffee for 12 years: 6 years as a barista, 4 as a roaster, and currently sourcing coffees for Ritual from Central & South America and Africa.
