The QuadRotapult is a kinetic sculpture by Bradley N. Litwin. It features a rotating carousel, with four ball catapults and catch funnels. Interrupting the ball trajectories are two, counter-rotating disks. Balls are continuously launched into their corresponding funnels; passing through both disks, as their portholes align at precisely staggered times.
Bradley N. Litwin is a Philadelphia based, multi-disciplined artist. Primarily self-trained, his career has taken a serpentine path through craft, manufacturing, multimedia production, music, and the fine arts. Through it all, he has been making machinery of one kind or another for over thirty-five years.
