We offer offices and small industrial spaces to the area's entrepreneurs, hobbyists and tinkerers. We'd love to show you what our people are up to in our zany 22,000 sq/ft facility.

We offer very workshops with everything included: power, light, heat compressed air and free ice cream - all for way cheap. This spurs some cool projects, the likes of which you'd never imagine.
