Underwater Remotely Operated Vehicles - Saving the Gulf

We will present to the public underwater Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) How they can be easily built in schools, clubs or other youth organizations and compete as well as being used in a practical means. These are relatively inexpensive machines that I have had my high school students build 17 of them in a month.
