Designed and built by sculptor/shark wrangler Todd Williams, “Betty” and “Sparky” are two four–foot-long, animated, three-dimensional neon sharks, stalking the murky depths of the darkened hall this year… swimming up to 25 MPH, breathing through sequenced gills, and feeding through sequenced jaws.
