You Made It! Jamboree

The You Made It! Jamboree is a student maker faire that is being staged by the Palo Alto Unified School District. This faire will include projects created by student makers of all kinds: soap box derby cars, models, fashions, jewelry, photos, painting, sculptures, and more. These projects have been made by young makers ranging from 2nd grade to 12th, at various schools in our district. Our fair is sponsored by the Palo Alto Council of PTAs and is run by a group of parents. We are displaying some of the student creations from our event at the Maker Faire.

You Made It! Jamboree

The You Made It! Jamboree is a celebration of creativity and innovation, giving Palo Alto Unified School Districut students an opportunity to show and share their original creations with the community in a non-competitive environment, and to inspire others to pursue their own creative ideas and passions. The Jamboree will happen on May 15, 2010 at the Palo Alto Art Center. This is our first year.
