This is a robot arm that folds into itself. It is designed for remote play of physical board games. The body of the arm was printed on the ABS 3D printer at TechShop. I designed the arm and the servos that drive it.
Tim Black has been working since 1976 as an embedded systems engineer and has created control networks for major cable systems and broadcast newsrooms as well as hardware designs for consumer products. He currently works as a prototype and product design consultant.
