Hodo Soy Beanery is an artisanal, organic tofu company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are creating a new category in the food marketplace: premium fresh soy products. Despite its tremendous growth over the last several years, the soy market has a very limited selection of products. In most stores, one can find only soymilk, block tofu, and various forms of refined and processed soy products. We founded Hodo Soy Beanery to introduce a new class of tofu: fresh, organic, and delicious. Come take a tour of our "beanery" and see firsthand and close up how delicious tofu is made!
