Jake's was the creative brainchild of Patti Harrison who started the company using a couple old family recipes for granola and biscotti. Patti had been a mortgage underwriter most of her adult life and was looking for a change. With the help of her musician husband, David Levy as sales/marketing rep, they have gotten the company to where it is today...fine food stores, hotels and restaurants, locally and across the country.
